On the way we will take you to visit the wonderful & amazing…world famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves.The Waitomo Glowworm Caves attraction is a cave at Waitomo on the North Island of New Zealand, known for its population of glowworms, Arachnocampa luminosa. This species is found exclusively in New Zealand. They are around the size of an average mosquito. This cave is part of the Waitomo Caves system that includes the Ruakuri Cave and the Aranui Cave. The attraction has a modern visitor centre at the entrance, largely designed in wood. There are organized tours that include a boat ride under the glowworms. Next visit TePuia, New Zealand’s living Maori cultural centre, located just 5 minutes from central Rotorua. Situated in the Whakarewarewa Geothermal Valley, TePuiazs 60 hectare site is home to the New Zealand Maori Arts and Crafts Institute, a live kiwi enclosure, the world- famous Pohutu Geyser, and here we have a 60 mins guided tour. Have your breakfast and check out of the hotel and then proceed for Christchurch train station to board the most scenic train named Trans Alpine which goes to Greymouth. Described as one of the great train journeys in the world, the Tranz Alpine travels from coast to coast through vast patchwork plains, past aqua blue rivers and across the mountainous spine of the South Island . After arrival transfer to Glacier Region. The road to the glaciers is rural, but with a wild streak. The farmland is trying to turn back into forest, and the beauty of the rivers is raw and primeval. This region is steeped in gold and coal mining history and set on a former gold rush site, the replica “Shantytown” is a short detour off the main highway. Today’s journey takes you through Hokitika, known for its pounamu (jade, greenstone) and rainforest treetop walk. Among the most convenient in the world to visit, Fox and Franz Josef Glaciers are unique relics of the last ice age with mighty rivers of ice tumbling down valleys. Gondola Ride Take in the stunning views as you ride the Skyline Gondola cable car to the top of Bob’s Peak above Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu for a spectacular 220-degree panorama with breath-taking views. After breakfast we proceed on a day trip to Milford Sound, through the lush beech forests of Eglington Valley. We pass through Homer Tunnel and arrive at Milford Sound. Here we board our enchanting cruise (weather permitting) and enjoy the fjord land scenery of cascading waterfalls and lush green rain forest, clinging the mountains. The majestic presence of the magnificent Mitre Peak will leave you spellbound. With luck, you can see dolphins and penguins. Later, we drive back to Queenstown. Dinner and Stay overnight at the Hotel

Breakfast and proceed to Lake Tekapo via scenic Mt Cook. It’s a pleasant, scenic drive past lakes and rivers, through the rugged and beautiful landscape of the Central Otago Region. Continue through Lindis Pass, beautiful in every season but particularly enchanting when there has been a dusting of snow. MT COOK Hug the shores of magnificent Lake Pukaki as you travel up the spectacular valley to a rugged land of ice and rock, home to New Zealand’s highest mountain, Aoraki Mt Cook. MT COOK – LAKE TEKAPO Return along the shores of beautiful Lake Pukaki to rejoin the main highway. Travel over the brilliant blue Ohau canal to Tekapo where the Church of the Good Shepherd provides a popular photo stop sitting solitary on the shores of the lake, framed by magnificent mountains. Dinner and overnight at Lake Tekapo.
